Support Tickets

The Support panel is where you open and track requests to the Depfloy team. Click Help in the top navigation to open it — a panel slides in from the right, on top of whatever page you were on.

Opening a ticket #

Click + New ticket in the panel and fill in:

  • Subject — a short summary.
  • Category — Technical, Billing, Account, Feature request, Bug, or Other.
  • Description — what’s going on. Include server or project names where relevant; the team cannot see your account context from the ticket alone.
  • Attachments (optional) — up to 5 files, 10MB each.

Every role can open a ticket, including Viewer — this is one of the few actions in Depfloy not gated by role, because asking for help should not depend on what else you can do.

Priority is set by the Depfloy team based on the ticket, not something you choose when opening one.

Active and History #

The panel has two tabs:

  • Active — tickets that are open, in progress, or waiting on a reply from you.
  • History — tickets marked resolved or closed.

Click a ticket in either tab to open its conversation and reply.

Replies and notifications #

When the Depfloy team replies, you’re notified by email and/or Slack according to the Support Ticket Reply toggle on your Notifications page. If the panel is already open on that ticket, the reply appears on its own, without reloading the page.

Who can see which tickets #

Everyone can open and reply to their own tickets. Seeing every ticket opened across the organization — not just your own — is limited the same way as the Activity log:

  • Notifications — turn ticket-reply notifications on or off, and choose email or Slack.
  • Members — roles referenced above.
  • Activity — the same Owner/Admin/Manager visibility rule applies there.
